WE, the MEMBERS of METROPOLITAN HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION, INC., imploring the aid of the Divine Providence, in order to establish an association that shall embody our ideals and aspiration, promote the common goal, conserve and develop our human resources, reestablish and rekindle in our hearts and minds the unique friendship and camaraderie that has bounded us together, and secure to ourselves the blessings of unity under a rule of peaceful equality, do ordain and promulgate this constitution and by-laws.

MHF is a private foundation relying on individuals, corporations, and families for funding. MHF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The membership fee is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by the IRS (EIN#87-1117327).

MEMBERSHIP

How to become a member

The MHF’s ability to provide well-organized and valuable humanitarian medical/dental/optical missions abroad is dependent upon general membership fees. Annual membership fee of $50 for individuals.

For an additional $25, members can add additional family members.

Membership Applications can be sent digitally to interested individuals and families.
